Paul Gallo Memorial Scholarship for Non-Traditional Student Interns: This scholarship is offered each summer to one non-traditional student intern working with START in memory of Paul Gallo, a researcher and project manager within the Special Projects Division of START.
Underrepresented Minority Student Scholarship: This scholarship is offered this summer (2017) to five-underrepresented minority student interns who would otherwise be unable to undertake an unpaid internship.
Curriculum Development Grants: This award is currently unavailable. Development Grants are offered when funding is available to any individual proposing an innovative teaching tool related to terrorism studies. These grants provide support to develop cutting-edge classroom modules incorporating the most recent research and educational tools. Calls for proposals are announced once per calendar year dependent on funding.
Graduate Research Travel Award: This award is currently unavailable. This award is offered to current graduate students to assist in funding their research on issues related to terrorism and responses to terrorism.
