10/28/1986: In a series of seven related attacks carried out jointly by the Macheteros, Organization of Volunteers for the Puerto Rican Revolution, and the Armed Forces of Popular Resistance (FARP), a homemade bomb was discovered at the Army Reserve Center in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The device failed to explode due to a faulty blasting cap.
