06/12/1999: Members of the Front for the Liberation of the Cabinda Enclave killed four civilians and injured six others when they fired on a civilian vehicle in Bulo village, Cabinda Province, Angola. The vehicle was headed for the Democratic Republic of the Congo border area at the time.
