Incident Summary:

04/19/2000: A suicide car bomber exploded his vehicle just outside of the Indian Army’s 15 Corps headquarters in Badami Bagh, India. Four army personnel and three civilians were injured, and the bomber was killed instantly. It was later discovered that the suicide bomber belonged to Jaysh-e Muhammad (Army of Muhammad).
