Incident Summary:

02/22/2011: An arson attack occurred at 4:00 a.m. targeting a townhouse under construction in the East Hills neighborhood of Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. At the time of the arson, area residents received a letter claiming responsibility for the attack, demanding a return to low-income housing in the area, and indicating that additional attacks will take place. The letter was signed "The Old Neighbors."
