Incident Summary:

10/11/2011: On Tuesday, in Lahij, Lahij, Yemen, a bomb placed inside the car of Colonel Amin al-Shami, an air force pilot instructor, exploded causing an unknown amount of property damage to the car. The Colonel was killed and two technician passengers were wounded in the blast. No group has claimed responsibility although officials believe that Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) is responsible for the attack.
