Incident Summary:

12/7/2011: Five members (three men and two women) of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) set up a false checkpoint on the road leading to Casacara Bercerril in Cesar, Colombia. Using weapons, they obtained a number of vehicles, set three of them on fire and vandalized another with "Cano Lives." The attackers were able to flee and avoid capture.
