Incident Summary:
12/9/2011: Unnamed suspects threw grenades at the home of district Congress committee president in Imphal, Manipur, India. While the explosion from the grenade did destroy part of the house, no deaths or injuries were reported. The attack occurred just after a similar attack on the home of the president of the Manipur People's Party. No claim of responsibility was reported.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims.
