12/31/2011: A bomb detonated outside the home of village elder Salamat Khan in Landi Kotal subdivision, Khyber Agency, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan. Two tribesmen were killed and four more were injured, though Salamat Khan was safe. The main gate of the home and a car were damaged in the explosion. There was no claim of responsibility for the attack.
