Incident Summary:

04/14/2013: Assailants detonated an explosive device and opened fire on a group of Assam Rifles in Pheijaton village, Manipur state, India. One member of the Rifles was injured in the attack.This was one of three related incidents in Manipur on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities suspect the attack was perpetrated by the People's Liberation Army (India).
