Incident Summary:

09/13/2013: A roadside bomb detonated in Imphal district, Manipur state, India. The blast, which occurred outside of the Khurai Popular High School, targeted an Assam Rifles (AR) patrol. One person, a rickshaw driver, was wounded in the attack. The People's Liberation Army (India) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in order to weaken "enemy" positions.
