12/30/2014: An explosive device detonated at the Sultan Waiys shrine in Mosul city, Nineveh governorate, Iraq. There were no reported casualties resulting from the blast. This was one of two similar attacks in the city on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
