Incident Summary:

03/13/2016: Assailants raided a house in Wadi al-Haniwa, Sirte, Libya. This was one of 13 raids on houses in the area on this date. Four people were abducted across all of the attacks. The whereabouts of the hostages are unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Tripoli Province of the Islamic State.
