09/13/2016: An explosive device detonated targeting families fleeing the area in Shirqat district, Saladin, Iraq. At least seven people were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
