Incident Summary:

10/08/2016: Assailants attacked a convoy carrying displaced people in Yei, Yei River, South Sudan. At least 21 people were killed and another 20 were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sudan People's Liberation Movement in Opposition (SPLM-IO), which the group denied.
