12/07/2016: Assailants opened fire on Aidan O'Driscoll in Blackpool, Cork, Ireland. O'Driscoll, a former Real Irish Republican Army (RIRA) chief of staff, was killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to dissident Republicans.
