12/22/2016: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated targeting Ahmad al-Dulaymi's convoy in Khalidiyah, Al Anbar, Iraq. Al-Dulaymi, a district officer, was not harmed; however, at least four people were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
