Dr. Margaret Wilson- one of the world's leading authorities on hostage negotiation is speaking at the START offices (3121 Symons Hall) at the University of Maryland, College Park on Thursday, March 9th. The presentation will begin at 2:00pm. Faculty, Staff and Students are encouraged to attend.
