Additional Information Part of a multiple attack with 197004130002 and 197004130004. All three incidents occurred simultaneously around midnight. This attack occurred two days before other bombings in Kansas City 197004160001, 197004160002, 197004160003. The Kansas City Police department were unsure of the motive behind the attacks believing that the perpetrators could be left-wing radicals, right-wing radicals, or mad men.
