01/25/1998: Assailants shot and killed 23 Kashmiri Pandits (Hindus) and set fire to their homes and temple in the Himalayan village of Wandhama in Jammu and Kashmir State in India. Authorities indicated that the assailants were members of Harkat ul Ansar. The victims included ten women, nine men, and four children
