Incident Summary:

08/07/1998: A letter bomb was mailed to Umberto Gay, a city councilman from the Communist Refoundation party in Milan, Italy. The bomb was discovered and was detonated by police before it caused any damage. The letter was thought to have been sent by Anarchist terrorists- possibly Bozkurtlar (Grey Wolves).
