Incident Summary:

09/23/1998: A judge was wounded in an explosion which occurred in the Russian island of Sakhalin. Petr Dedukh, court chairman in Aleksandrovsk-Sakhalinsky city in the center of the island, received light wounds as unidentified perpetrators threw a bomb at his back. No one else was injured in the attack.
