Incident Summary:

10/15/1998: Rebels attacked a Norwegian People's Aid (NPA) convoy 12 miles outside of Koboko, Uganda, killing three aid workers and injuring two others. The remaining NPA staff, who were traveling in a land cruiser behind the truck escaped. The rebels later torched the truck and the NPA land cruiser, stealing all supplies from the vehicle. No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
