11/28/1998: A bomb was lobbed into the car of Muhammad Said, a village chief in Madura, Indonesia, and seven other passengers. The bomb exploded immediately and burned the vehicle. Three were killed, while the five others suffered burns. Two unidentified perpetrators were arrested and interrogated by police.
