01/28/1999: Members of the Red Hand Defenders (RHD) threw a pipe bomb through the window of a Catholic home of Mary Quinn in Dungannon, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Quinn and her four children escaped without injury. British Army bomb experts carried out a controlled explosion at the scene.
