Incident Summary:

01/29/1999: Seven Kosovo-Serbs were wounded, six seriously, in a grenade attack on a cafe in Pristina, Kosovo. After the bombing, police found a piece of paper bearing the symbol of the ethnic Albanian Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and a message stating that the KLA were "the avenging guerrillas of Kosovo."
