Incident Summary:

02/14/1999: The Ugandan government blamed Allied Defense Forces (ADF) rebels for bombing the Family Shop in the Kabalagala restaurant district of Kampala, Uganda. Three people were killed and 18 people were injured. In addition to this attack, another bomb exploded at the nearby Telex bar.
