03/03/1999: One person was killed, and sixteen people were injured when a grenade was thrown into a Vietnamese-owned coffee shop in the Chamka Mon ward of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Four of the injured were Cambodian, with the rest being ethnic Vietnamese. The perpetrators of this incident were not identified.
