Incident Summary:

03/13/1999: Two bombs exploded simultaneously in Podujevo, Kosovo, killing two and injuring about 20. The bombs exploded near a police station and a crowded market. Another person was shot shortly after the bombs exploded. No group claimed responsibility, but the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) was suspected of the attack. The bombs were homemade with plastic explosives and wiring.
