Incident Summary:

03/31/1999: A bomb exploded at the Casa Hermes appliance store in Bucaramanga, Colombia. Fifteen other nearby stores were also damaged in the attack. The bomb, which contained 20kg of explosives, was placed in a jeep. The perpetrators were believed to be members of the National Liberation Army (NLA). No one was injured in the attack, as it happened before dawn.
