04/07/1999: Adam Vinoos, a Islamic business man, died and his cousin, Kader Vinoos, was injured during a drive-by shooting outside of a restaurant in Mitchell’s Plain, South Africa, near Cape Town. A member of People Against Gangsterism and Drugs (PAGAD) was arrested in connection with the shootings.
