04/30/1999: At 11:00 am local time, eight hooded individuals attacked a temp agency on Colon Avenue in Irun, Spain. Computers, shelves, and other items were thrown onto the floor in the office, but no one was injured. Jarrai, a pro-ETA Basque separatist youth organization, was suspected in the attack.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims.
