Incident Summary:

12/04/1999: A Kosovo-Serbian woman, Blagica Vasic, was killed and her husband and son slightly injured in a bomb attack in Cernice, Kosovo. Local citizens believed the attack was carried out by the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). Reports stated that Vasic's as well as three other homes were destroyed in the attack and numerous surrounding buildings received minor damage.
