Incident Summary:

05/02/2000: Members of the Provisional Irish Republican Army attacked Paul Macdonald on the night of May 2, 2000. He was beaten and then shot in front of his girlfriend in their home in Dungannon located in the Northern Ireland county of Tyrone. He survived the attack.
