7/6/2000: At least three members of Al-Ma'unah attempted to use a grenade launcher in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There are reports of multiple intended targets, including a temple and a brewery. However, the attack did not succeed; according to authorities, the assailants did not know how to operate the weapon.
