Incident Summary:

04/30/2001: One man, a member of al-Fatah, and two children were killed when a bomb exploded in a residence in Ramallah, West Bank. At least three others were injured when they were trapped in the building's rubble after the blast. While some suggested the Israeli government was responsible for the explosion as the Fatah member was living there, others suggested that bombs were being made in the residence and one exploded. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
