10/29/2001: The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) were suspected in a suicide bomb attack that killed five other people and wounded 16. The attack took place in Narahenpita, Western Province, Sri Lanka. The bomber exploded his device when police attempted to apprehend him. There was no claim of responsibility.
