11/30/2001: Rebels from Liberians United for Reconciliation and Democracy (LURD) took control of Belle Fassamah village, Gbarbolu County, Liberia. They killed an unknown number of villagers and kidnapped an unknown number of women and children; they also set surrounding villagers on fire.
