Incident Summary:

02/23/2002: As part of a series of nationwide infrastructure attacks by the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC), telecommunications towers and electricity pylons were targeted in Florencia, Caquetá Department, Colombia. As a result of the attack, the city was without power and communication was cut off between Florencia and the rest of the country.
