Incident Summary:

3/29/2002: Mykola Shkriblyak, a candidate of the Social Democratic Party, was shot inside of his apartment building in Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine. He died the next day from his injuries. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack and the motive is unknown; however, the attack occurred two days before parliamentary elections.
