Incident Summary:

7/24/2002: Five unidentified gunmen kidnapped Nina Davydovich, the director of the Druzhba charity, as she was driving with three other coworkers near Pobedinskoye village, Chechnya, Russia. The assailants fired at the car and, when it stopped, took Davydovich and her documents and drove off towards Grozny. No group has claimed responsibility for the incident and motive is unknown.
