Incident Summary:

2/8/2002: Four Palestinian youths stabbed Moran Amit, an Israeli woman, as she walked through the Forest of Peace in Jerusalem, Jerusalem district, Israel. The police chased the youths as they fled. One of the youths, Samar Abu Miala, collapsed shortly after being arrested. An autopsy revealed he was shot by the police before being taken into custody.
