Incident Summary:

12/03/2002: Suspected Euskadi ta Askatasuna (ETA) members exploded a car bomb in an underground car garage at Alfonso XIII square in Santander, Spain. Police were able to evacuate everybody before the explosion; as a result, the explosive caused no casualties.
