Incident Summary:

03/30/2003: Extremists linked to Afghan warlord Gulbuddin Hekmatyar were suspected of firing a rocket at the headquarters of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), slightly damaging the compound. The perpetrators fired another rocket into the Pul-e-Charkhi area. There were no injuries reported in either related attack.
