05/27/2003: Police headquarters and the town hall in San Vicente del Caguan, Colombia, were partially destroyed by the explosion of at least 150 kilograms (330 pounds) of dynamite. One child was killed and four other people wounded in the incident. Police blamed on the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) for the attack.
