Incident Summary:

07/22/2003: An explosive device detonated next to a pillar on the first floor of the Hotel Nadal in Benidorm, Spain. Another similar attack occurred at the Hotel Residencia Bahia in Alicante. Thirteen people in total were injured in these related attacks. Euskadi ta Askatasuna (ETA) called the Gara and Levante newspaper, respectively, and claimed credit for the attacks.
