Incident Summary:

08/13/2003: Suspected Taliban and Al-Qaida members bombed a minibus in Lashkar Gah, Afghanistan. Seventeen people were killed in the bombing, including six children. Three others were also injured in the attack. Afghan authorities believed that the bomb was concealed on the bus. No group claimed responsibility for the bombing.
