08/28/2003: An explosive device detonated at the Chrion Corporation headquarters in Emeryville, California, United States. The blast blew the windows out of the building but caused no casualties. This was one of two attacks at the headquarters on the same day; this initial explosion was designed to cause damage. The Animal Liberation Front (ALF) claimed responsibility for the incidents.
