Incident Summary:

01/19/2004: Members of Hizballah launched a rocket at an Israeli bulldozer in the Golan Heights on the Israeli-Lebanon border. Two of the bulldozer's drivers were killed, and the other was injured. Hizballah claimed the bulldozer was on the Lebanese side of the border. Israel later acknowledged that part of the bulldozer was crossing the Lebanese border.
