Incident Summary:

02/18/2004: Two suicide bombers detonated 1,500 pounds of explosives outside a Polish-run military base, south of Baghdad, killing ten people and wounding 100 others, half of which were soldiers. It was reported that the attackers were foreign fighters working for al-Qaida.
